I understand changing things for Covid protection, but maybe advertise those changes at Check-in, and let guests be aware at Check-in. Room prices were still on the pricey side, and yet maintenance seemed non existent. We were told we should get 2 bottles of water a day, and never did.

The room was nice, appeared clean but due to new Covid rules, no room service was offered, and when we asked for fresh towels or even coffee, it seemed to be an ordeal. I know not a huge deal breaker, but definitely got to be frustrating by the end of the weekend with luggage and kids. The main elevator is the slowest I have ever been on during a hotel stay during our travels. We stayed a night recently and while the location is amazing, the hotel was dated and wasn’t overly impressed. and then a $1300 “jackpot” for someone who was playing $15 a spin on fortune dragons unleashed. The only jackpot payout I saw was in the “high roller” room. $600 is cool but if people are losing their sh$t on that type of thing, it means it’s rare.
